My Running Routine

Walk (3.5) 0:00-3:00

Run (6.0) 3:00-5:00

Walk (3.5) 5:00-8:00

Run (6.0) 8:00 – 10:00

Walk (3.5) 10:00 – 13:00

Run (6.0) 13:00 – 15:00

Walk (3.5) 15:00 – 18:00

Run (6.0) 18:00 – 20:00

Walk (3.5) 20:00 – 23:00

Run (6.0) 23:00 – 25:00

Walk (3.5) 25:00 – 30:00

Some things I like to remember:

  • STRETCH!
  • Listen to your body; if my body is telling me to slow down, I slow down. And if I think I can push it a little harder, that’s just what I do!
  • Make a playlist before! And change the playlist often to keep the routine fresh.
  • Don’t run on leg days! *total face-palm* OUCH!
  • Don’t listen to the tiny voice in your head saying you can’t do it… You can!
