An Example of my Grocery List

Here’s a quick example of my grocery list. The foods on it are my staples and go-to’s. All of it is personal preference so feel free to add or change to your liking. I struggle with meal-prepping and staying on track so the less junk food I have in the house the easier it is for me to eat healthier. Having delicious recipes also helps!

  • Almond/Coconut Milk, Vanilla, Unsweetened
  • Organic Eggs
  • Cheese (preferred preference, I like muenster and pepper jack)
  • Butter (I use Kerrygold)


  • Mixed Vegetables
  • In-shell Edamame
  • Broccoli
  • Halo Top Ice Cream (because I need something sweet)


  • Chicken Breasts
  • Ground Turkey

*My boyfriend gets Grass-Fed red meat


  • Water flavor drops
  • Croutons
  • Whole Wheat Crackers

Natural Section

  • Almonds
  • Salad Dressing
  • Peanut Butter
  • Almond Butter


  • R,G,Y Bell Peppers
  • Zucchini
  • Cucumbers
  • Salad Spring Mix
